This is how I'm feeling right now. I'm probably completely "off" in my perception.

As others have said, I too feel like "the living dead"

It's a scary feeling

Anxiety is unbearable.

I do have some benzos (anti anxiety meds) but nowhere near enough to help me manage my Severe Anxiety Disorder and Severe Clinical Depression



I'm just trying to survive one moment at a time

Sometimes I wonder, who actually cares

Managing one mental illness is rough. My impression, from my own experience and that of many others on PC, is managing multiple issues is exponentially more difficult.

I am both distraught at how badly you are feeling and amazed at how "well" you are holding up despite your psychological agony.
