Hi I am 13 I have depression. And on the last few weeks I have been worring about my weight and shape . I also started to self-induce vomiting. I was wondering if I should tell my therapist about it and if this means I am getting better or worse because honestly I am not sure!

Thanks!

no one here can diagnose you

but it could be a lot of things.

an eating disorder, perhaps, or maybe BDD (have you heard of that?)

I would tell your therapist about it
