I had a really bad morning . everything went wrong . I keep posting everywhere in PC today . I guess I'm just trying to stay calm.

I burst into tears in public today . I've done this twice this week . the other day was the first time I cried in a year despite my user name , I don't usually cry , I keep it all inside .

Just trying to keep it all together now .

hugs for you this morning. a therapist once told me that tears are proven to have actual healing power. i don't know if that's technically true or not, but it's a nice thought.

I'm sorry.

I don't know if you normally keep it inside because you want to or because that's just how you react. But it's overwhelm. And I know how dreadful that is.

Thanks for this!
