A companion thread to fuzzy's. Come on fuzzy I'm expecting a response. I love myself for being nice to people. I love myself for losing weight and building muscle. I love myself for looking to volunteer again despite bad experiences. I love myself for not feeding that black dog at the door, with all that self hatred.

 I love that I can appreciate the sunrise and the sunset. I love that I've survived everything I've ever been through. I love that I have a big heart. I love that I' learning to ask, "what else?" I love that I can look at myself in the eyes in the mirror now.

I love myself because because I'm me ...I exhist. I love myself because I care about others and try to help when I can. I love myself because I have a twisted sense of humor and can make others laugh when they were crying. I love myself because I can create beautiful works of art. I love myself because I've managed to survive 62 years ...so far.
