I want to be a butterfly but I worry I will be a caterpillar for ever and ever .

I dream of a better life but everything is the same .

I didn't achieve anything this weekend .

I slept too much . I feel low . that inner voice shouting at me , calling names .

What kind of life is this ?
Is there any point ?

Dreaming of a better life is a good start

I’m not good at advice but try to be gentle with yourself. Talking kindly to yourself will help more than all the useless advice in the world But how to do that when that inner voice is screaming I don’t know

Fuzzy has good advice. Talk back to the negative self talk. Eventually you’ll build new neural pathways and the negative self talk will simmer down. Sending big hugs (and you look like a butterfly to me as well).
