Whenever I'm being passive,i feel so out of place and i feel depressed.

Did you experienced this?

Yes. Sometimes being depressed makes me passive, but other times, being passive makes me depressed. I have had a very passive attitude for the last few days, and it's starting to get me down.

So i try getting out of my head. Because when I'm too much inside my head, i became so passive
