I just got officially diagnosed with depression three weeks ago, so I'm pretty new at all of this. I know this is a common thing for most, but why are nights so hard to deal with? I had an unusually good day (I almost felt normal), but then night came along and everything crashed down. I guess I just have no idea what to expect with all this, and I’m still trying to accept something I’ve kind of known for years now. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. I know I’m not, but I feel so alone in all this. I'm hoping this forum will help me with that
