Do you guys have certain repeat nightmares? I always seem to have nightmares about writing exams in university. I had flunk once hence I never forgive myself.

Now I have the nightmare about it

I don't have repeated nightmares, but I do have a repeated sad dream. I'm back at my grandparent's house, which was my favorite place on earth for the first 25 years of my life. I always end up crying in my dream, because there's a part of me that's aware I'm only dreaming, and that I'm not actually back there.

I repeatedly dream that I am in college, and I have forgotten I have registered for a math class until it is time for midterms. And I get sick with anxiety because I cannot possibly catch up and pass the midterm.

I have recurring anxious dreams about work too.

It takes hours to recover once I wake up.
