What care do you have that brought you to make this post? You must have at least one thing that's important, otherwise you would have no reason to be concerned. So is it that you care about getting better? That seems to be important to you. And then what might be the reason you care about getting better? We can dig out what's important to you.

I am dentistry student, and I am struggling to pass exams and I want to use my education in future and I don't want to die before using what Ive struggled for....
I don't mean I want to live for 100 years 😁, I am 26 and 40 is enough but with this life style ......I am not sure about 40 even 😁

I can relate to the things you say. It might be a side-effect of depression. Have you been diagnosed with it/are you in treatment? I assume from what you wrote that you're self-medicating..

Thanks for reply
I was diagnosed with depression and started venlafaxine and Seroquel and depakote
Then switched from seroquel to olanzapine and depakote .....i was okay

And the only self-medication that i did was switching from olanzapine to aripiprazol.....might be this is my problem.....I should have an appointment with doc 😞

Yes, try to arrange an appointment with your doc if you can.

I now remember that it wasn't that much self medicating
Actually a pharmacist told me that aripiprazol can motivate you , but the result is different unfortunately

It sounds like your medicine needs to be re-evaluated. You are describing one facet of depression. I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for this!
