key tones (and a few others over time) have been practicing some therapeutic techniques in a few threads here. Oddly, I couldn't seem to find a recent one in this forum with the simple message of just posting something positive -- no matter how small. So, I'll put this here.

If anyone else wants to join in, it doesn't have to be complicated or hugely insightful. It just has to be something for you.

I was looking at one of my posts, and thought -- you should repeat that one part. The rest was dealing with gloomy places, but the one part was not. I'm feeling well enough at the moment that it just might sink into my rather thick skull.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
