I’m sorry you’re having this problem. I’m prescribed a stimulant that helps me. Maybe it’s time to re-evaluate your meds since the AD is falling down on the job. Thinking of you.

Are you on any medication at the moment? If not, you may want to try something. If you get on the right medication it might give you a boost of energy.

Good luck!

I have tried listening to entertaining podcasts to sort of slowly get me up and to be a little more active. It doesn't always work but when I find something I enjoy listening to in the background of my room I feel a little better. I hope it works for you!

I also take a stimulant. Definitely an option to consider.
