Hopeless.

I'm sorry you are feeling hopeless & stuck.
 I also have many things to be grateful for. But I'm also so unhappy.  I guess we have to rely on what the mental health professionals tell us... that depression is an illness. It's not a character flaw or weakness. So whether a person has things to be grateful for or not, one can still struggle with depression. Hopefully coming here to PC can be of comfort & support.
