“My doctor” decided after one conversation that I was a “failure and a whiner”.

I haven’t found any useful information about this “condition”

I bow to that “superior being” who passed judgement on me and wrote it down. And how insightful of him to agree with the Parental Units that I had “no value”

I’m sorry about the grrrrr post

Please no posts telling me to move on. If I could get those jerks out of my head I would.

I do exercise, try to eat healthily, try to be more compassionate to self and others than those were to me..

It sounds like you are doing the best you can Fuzzy, and that is all we can expect of ourselves. I'm sorry to hear you had this bad experience with a doctor.

Goodness, I can't find either of those in the DSM-5. I wonder if they'll be in the ICD-11?

Sorry; I couldn't help myself.

I don't have much to say but I'm sorry to hear what you're experiencing. I can relate to doctors just wanting to get you out and not caring about your mental health state. hugss

Its so frustrating how much we have to fight to get the help we need. It really makes me mad. As if living with our conditions isn't hard enough without having to "prove" them to other people. So I'm joining you: Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
