Can anyone rec. an over the counter sleep aid?. I barely get 2 hrs. of sleep each night. Thank you

You can get Zzzzzz (i think it is by Vicks) but I would Not recommend it because it caused me restless leg syndrome.
Or try Benedryl

Promethazine for short term use

If you can get Melatonin it can help but smaller doses are better than large (under 1mg)

I use melatonin to sleep. I find it puts me to sleep in an hour or so after I take it.

The main ingredient in OTC sleep aid is the antihistamine in Benadryl. So I try that, usually 50mg. Any more than that and I have to get up to pee every 20 minutes for some reason.
