I feel so completely lost.
I don't feel like I belong or fit into any part of my own life anymore.
At home I go through the motions.
At work I function most of the time.
I am unable to hold intelligent conversations about topics that matter.
I find myself distancing myself from people who were close friends & questioning why others want to spend time with me. I convince myself they either feel sorry for me or are using me to fill time while their preferred company isn't available.
I'm empty.
I cry.
I want to sleep.
I just want to stop feeling this way.
I can't go to the doctor because I would have to hide it & if they give me medication I'll have to hide that.
I don't feel I have anywhere to turn.
I just don't fit.

I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way
Why would you have to hide medication?

I can relate to most of what you've shared. Please accept help for depression.
Can you access therapy/counseling?

I have the same question as the poster above: Why would you have to hide going to the doctor and/or hide utilizing medication?

It sounds like you could benefit from some help of some kind?

Please take very good care of you!

My lifelong relationship is in significant difficulties. We're no longer communicating on personal issues. & I know that I have withdrawn &....I don't know - it's just where life has got to I guess.

Thank you for taking the time to read & reply. I appreciate it very much. Just feeling heard....& not alone helps. Helps a lot. Thank you
