Hi
i been going thought a lot of stress i had these flu like symtoms belly hurts tiredness two MRIs the first one the doctors thought they saw something near the eyes but they did a another MRI to see if they did see something and all it was an image that the machine pickup it was fake. so i was in a lot of stress about that so i got the results from the doctor and he said everything is okay i slept fine that night and felt fine but a week later it started up again i bascily want to sleep and feel tired most of the day. i felt nasua last night but no throwing up. my appetite is fine .but my main symtoms are tireness sadness worryied and upset belly. I do see my Pdoc on the 28th of March but thinking of making an early appoiment do i have depression again ?

This could be something medical, something which does not show on a MRI.
It also could be some depression. You know what your depression looks like. Do these symptoms match your past depression?

We cannot diagnose anyone.
