I'm on my meds pretty consistently for once and yet I'm still sort of idealizing suicide... I don't know, I just want to disappear. What should I do?

Please try to hang in there. It takes a while for Meds to reach full effectiveness. Have you told your therapist or doctor that you are still having these feelings?
