Compared to other people around this forum who some of them have more serious mental health conditions, I feel like I'm a "fake" and the likes of me don't deserve to be on this forum.

My diagnosises are anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and a learning difficulty.

Compared to people on this forum who have things like bipolar disorder or schkitzophrenia (sorry I cannot spell that word to save myself) I feel like I'm nothing but a fake.

Not sure why I'm posting this.

You live in the uk . To me that answers your question... you’re probably so used to being “judged” etc by the “mental health services” that it’s become your default mode?

If you're a fake, then so am I. I suffer from "just" depression. But major depressive disorder is a serious mental illness, and you have as much right to be on here as anyone else.

Don't ever compare your struggle to anyone else's. It's apples to oranges. I know there are many people worse if than myself.my challenges, struggles and concerns are still valid. So are yours. You absolutely belong here.

Possible trigger:

From 2012, earliest thing I can remember is meeting Ebony round about september 2013, but I didn't adopt her until January 2014 because she wasn't well enough to get adopted out.

Hmm.. that’s appalling but again, I’m not surprised,

I’m so sorry that the “services” have let you down so badly

I don’t know how some of these “professionals” sleep at night!

I’m very sad about what can only be called their abuse

Kicking people when they are down.. it’s despicable.

Mental illness whatever your diagnosis is, is a problem that you live with day in and day out. You deserve to be here as much as anyone else. We are all equals yet uniquely different

I'm so sorry that happened. Here, if you say you're suicidal they admit you. You have to pay a lot though.

You equate fake with your problems like they're invalid. Everyone's here for a different reason however tiny or big. No two people have the same exact problem.

That isn't true at all. We all have varying forms of mental illness in this world, I believe. Some have it worse than others, but that doesn't make our issues less important than anyone else. Besides, this isn't just a site to discuss our own problems, we can always be there as support for others as well.
