I’m very mellow and I’m always smiling these days

People around have noticed this, oddly enough I thought this was how I could hide my issues, but now I’m getting some attention

As for why I have changed I don’t know, it’s just a mix of tiredness and hopelessness

How do you think you can always smile but be numb? Are you smiling so others don't see your pain?
