I continue searching for nutrition information...
does nutrition have anything to do with the brain...
I think so...will that help my depression...I hope so...

i think some things are helping me...for now...
I walk every day down the road...
I have a 12 hour fast between supper and breakfast..
and this morning I took a 5 mg valium to calm down...
I hate walking and fasting...but I love my valium...
and my morning coffee is so helpful...yes
