Those who matter don’t mind Just reminding myself of this, and maybe it could help someone. I hate how this illness makes people hate themselves so much. A failure isn’t always a mistake, sometimes it’s the best we can do at the time..  (I just deleted a long post talking about how I’m an HSP) I feel ... caged

  I don't feel my self-hatred much, but it's there, just under the surface. Sometimes it erupts.

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
