It's been a few months since intensive outpatient, I'm on the verge of going in again. I've had thoughts of sui, only not passive thoughts. I'm pertrified, that I will have to go back, I'm no good to my clients right now. I just have to hope this passes and the protective measures help. I won't be officially alone. But I haven't told anyone IRL. I may have to use the crisis line for DBT coaching, but if I say something wrong then they could recommend the ER or worse call the cops. I had 4 cops come to my home one time. I don't want that again. I'm really scared. Thanks for reading.

Theses are just thoughts, I don't have to act on them but still.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had similar thoughts; I pray you can gain peace, clarity and find no need for serious assistance. I too was dx with BPD I’m much better now after going through therapy with EMDR. Here we go again

Sorry you are feeling so bad right now.

Please do whatever you can to help yourself ride this out.

Bad news my car needs fixed and I still want sui. I wish things were different. I don't have the money for the fix but it's the drive belt.

Guess what?!?! My car is fixed and I still have money!! I have a job interview on Thursday, I'm secretly hoping I get the job. It's a good opportunity for me to be a BCaBA, or at least an RBT. This all means working with those that have autism and related disorders. I have the compassion, and some education, I can do this!!

That's the most positive I've been about this since applying for disability. Maybe the denial letter will do me some good.
