...drinking my morning coffee and making/eating breakfast. I feel like even if I wasn't a suicidal zero I'd still be doing this.

Used to have more examples but they're gone now.

This is a tougher one than I want to admit it is...A year ago I would have said early morning, coffee, a smoke, alone on my patio. Well, I quit smoking, then depression and anxiety came calling and decided to move in with me. I guess I like late evening now, in my bed with my lap top, quiet, alone. There's been a ton of change in the last year that I didn't actually realize until I started trying to answer this, which has been good for me to realize, not a bad thing.

I've recently started widow shopping. No wallet. Just a peep...hours..

Then if I'm still interested, buy doing some research. I'll buy it.

Today I spent a little over 3 hours including traveling, window shopping. I ended up buying a door stopper for my bedroom for $3.50

Beats laying my favourite sweat pants under the door gap.

Drinking coffee is my favourite part of the day too.
And even though you may not believe me, I want to say: you're not a zero

Normally, mine would be around 3am, because everything is quiet & I'm unlikely to be disturbed/hassled by anyone - however, the quiet sometimes allows the anxiety to notch up - in which case sleep is a fine place to be... Unless the anxiety finds it way into my dreams, in which case... Well, you get the idea...

Basically, it's whenever I can feel relaxed, or can get my head wrapped around some task that'll make it feel engaged. Or eating something with enough cholesterol to knock over an elephant...

It's hard to say for me, but I would pick evenings. Early in the morning I tend to have some depression and anxiety thinking that something could go wrong. After all, there's the whole day up ahead. At night, it's all over with and not much could go wrong at night. Plus, at 9:00, I would talk to my friend over the phone. But lately it seems like he and I just talk on the phone and not get together.

I use ambien to sleep, not through the night but more hours in a row than I would otherwise. But yeah I hate my dreams...no peace there.
