Hey guys first post, sorry for not being the most positive one. I'm bi polar so I suffer a lot with depression symptoms. Today everything seemed OK, but as I got to work I started crying for no reason, and had to call my mom to talk with her. This feeling of empty is strong. I already take a giant dose of anti depressives. But being labeled crazy I dont have many friends support. Only my close family! And I don't want to hurt them with my problems. Thank you for reading

Hello & Welcome, Raf_edd. I'm sorry about lacking peer-group support, but I'm glad you have close family. May your circle of support grow in time.
Crying for "no reason" is certainly reasonable enough with your set of diagnoses! Please make yourself at home here.

What meds do you take? I m curious bc my anti-depressant isn't working for me and I have been severely depressed for over a year now. Btw I m bipolar too. I take 20mg prozac, 200mg lamotrigine(mood stabilizer) and 30mg buspar(anxiolytic). I don't have many friends' support too. In fact I don't have any. Except my mom, my long-distance bf and psychcentral. You could keep posting in psychcentral - I have got a lot of help here. Here people really seem to care. Maybe you could open up to your mom a little more. Also if possible get in touch with a therapist. That could help a lot too. Hugs!! ![]() |
