Honestly, I only have two people in my life and whenever I need someone to be there for me, they're not. I'm easier to ignore than I am to care about. I'm nothing but a burden. If I do get a response when I'm depressed and needing someone safe, it's an instant change of subject. No "I care/I love you/let's talk/let's do something". Nothing.

Life keeps getting more and more stressful and I literally have no one I can turn to. My psych and therapist don't care, I'm just a paycheck. In fact, they're not even interested in the fact I want to die. I should just bottle everything up until it kills me, I won't be a burden in the last few weeks of my life that way...

Some people DO care. Sometimes they just don’t know what to say or what you SPECIFICALLY need from them to feel better. After all, some people need a change of subject to feel better and get their minds off their troubles. So that does work for some, but not others.
The best thing you can do is remember that people are (unfortunately) not mind readers. Try telling people exactly what you need from them. Exactly and specifically how they can help.
That will get you more results that will make you feel cared for. I should just bottle everything up

Absolutely don't bottle up, it's one of the worst things to do. If it helps, maybe try and do an activity that you may not do normally. The reason being is if you have a lot of energy getting pent up inside, it may help to focus it towards an external activity to help your focus shift elsewhere temporarily.

I feel the same way. It's so frustrating. Keeping things bottled up is not healthy, but it's near impossible to find anyone willing to listen. I get tired of asking too, and then having people react poorly.

I'm sorry you're experiencing similar and I hope you can manage to find good people out there. If nothing else we have this place to drop our thoughts.
