I don't find it difficult. My parents always did and still do. I was never good enough and have accepted I never will be. I'm too young to be so tired of it all. I'm just so tired. I've began to seek professional help again after being afraid/feeling too worthless to try for a while. It just seems like there's always going to be something missing my heart aches for and it really sucks.

Some folks just lack compassion, whereas others have a hard time showing it for something that they either cannot properly comprehend, or that frightens them. However there is one person who should always show compassion towards you - yourself. If you have depression, you've been given a much harder set of cards to play with than everyone else - in that respect you're always working harder to meet your own expectations of yourself.
Thanks for this!

I find it difficult.

My parents didn’t believe or trust it either.

I crave it but I don’t trust that it is the answer to my problems. I wish I could trust it. I just wish someone would listen.
Thanks for this!
