I am very depressed. Today I've just stayed in bed. I was fine over the weekend.

I think I need a break from my role as caregiver to my boyfriend. It's not easy to arrange.

My distinct impression is you don't need to think about needing a break from that role!

Depression
Care-giving

Just one of the above sustained over time is enough to break one's spirit and health.

I'm better than I was earlier today . . . a little anyways. An attendant is here, so I slept a lot.

Something was wrong with me mentally.
