This always happens to me. I have something planned with someone and then they cancel it in short notice. And it gets me very upset. It happened again today. My brain keeps saying that since people cancel on me, it must mean that I’m a worthless person and should stop trying to make friends, as no one wants to hang out with me anyways. My evidence is the constant cancellation from everyone. It makes me sad and angry... I’m worthless.

Why don't you ask why they would cancel at the last minute? It could either be that there was an emergency they needed to tend to (and for some reason didn't respond on time) or there were other reasons. I think getting answers from your friends will be a much better thing for you instead of not knowing the truth and making assumptions & getting yourself hurt. It's the worst feeling to be down about something without knowing whether you're right or not
