Go take a nice warm shower until you feel relaxed.

Then tuck your self in to bed, drink some water too.

Just close your eyes and rest your body. Even if you don't completely shut down, your body will re-adjust the adrenaline.

Do nothing but rest. Watch TV if you have to, but stay away from devices like a PC or phone.

Rest your body, and keep hydrated.

I've been up 2 days, but I just woke up after ~2 hours?.. I plan on going back to sleep if I can.
