I don't feel like doing anything. It's a restless unsettled feeling. like anythin I could do just sounds effortful. Even sleeping.. It means I would have to try and fall allleep and I can't be bothered with that either. Music doesnt interest me.
There must be something wrong with me.. as in something that doesn't work in my favour

If I start thinking too much I'll begin to feel anxious

Hi Zararose. Could what you're explaining be related to the depression itself? Because oftentimes, depression can take any color and energy out of anything, going by my own experiences. If so, keep reaching out, stay strong, and hang in there please. Take care of your basic needs and in time it may pass. It's a very awful feeling, yes.
