Well... hopefully being here on PC can be of some help to you. And also hopefully you're seeing a counselor or therapist with whom you can talk about how you're feeling. Sometimes I think one just has to keep putting one foot in front of the other, so to speak, while you address whatever it is that is going on with you. I hope you can find a way to do that. Days like this do pass and there will be a day worth having again.

Some of us understand what it is like to suffer. Don't let healthy people with judge mental ego's bring you down. You are worthy, just like all of us are.
