Hi, everyone!

I have had dreadful problems with debilitating fatigue for years. In my signature, you can read mental health issues plus physical health problems.

There is one thing that I work on the hardest and is helping me regain some energy and improve my concentration. I face and accept whatever is rolling around in my head.

I want to add that when the fatigue was first starting, I could get myself dressed and out of the house once a week, that was my best. And that was a struggle too. I have been on disability since 2005, but my health troubles began long before that.

Over the years, I have faced whatever is going on inside my head and with every little thing I get out of my mind, my self-esteem improves a little more each time.

Whether it is something that sounds silly to problems I wish I could ignore, once I accept them for what they are and work to reduce their impact on me, I see tiny spurts of energy. Those add up over time and I am just thrilled that I went to Walmart yesterday and was able to get half of what was on my list and also almost did all of it through the self-checkout. And, when I got back home, I wasn't blitzed and out of energy. That, for me, is HUGE!!!! Usually, I drag myself into Walmart and find someone to give my list too and let them get what I need.

Has anyone else done this? I am amazed at how effective it is for me and will continue to use it.

You might benefit from an opiate type therapy. I'm lethargic without it...
