I have OCD, but this condition has made me almost hopeless. Life to me seems like a thing that is so complex to be understood. I often find myself trying to understand what life is, what is the purpose of all the different kinds of life on this planet(at least).
It seems I feel depressed most of the time, may be all the time.
Why I am writing this, I don't know. I have been on forums before but most of the time I feel alone on sites like this too.
What's the point in living? Not suicidal, just don't like the idea of living more as the pain is too much to bear with.

Sorry you are feeling empty. It isn't easy feeling that that way.

I wondered the same thing a week or two ago, what is the point in living? I felt I was sitting around waiting for death. Thankfully grieving my issues and words of kind posters here have lifted my mood to so so.

I hope you feel a bit better soon.

Big hug and best wishes

I'm sorry you are feeling empty and almost hopeless. Those are not easy feelings to have and they are not easy feelings to sit with. Can you do something nice for yourself? Take an afternoon and do something that you used to enjoy doing but haven't done in a while? I hope you feel better soon. Hugs if you want them.

Feeling empty... the void. I also come to think, will posting here help me? Not posting at all definitely doesn’t help. Once in a while someone says something that brings some emotion out of you and then you realize you aren’t so empty anymore.

I hope you feel soon. Emptiness

You are not alone. Does that help to know that? I hope so. That is the good thing about PC. It is not perfect, but it can be helpful. Most of the time I just read and think, wow, I'm not so bad off...and in doing that, my 'emptiness' evolves, even just for a few minutes, into compassion for the other person.
