I’m so tired of feeling bad. Can’t take it much longer. Nothing changes. I don’t see any hope.

You feel a hopeless case. You don't have to believe your feelings. They are not you. Are your thoughts driving this feeling?

You are wonderful, really you are.

Yes today I am seeing one.

How do you go on when there is nothing good? How do all of you do it?

I am going through a similar phase. I am depressed and feel empty and disinterested in everything. I m focussing on getting healthy first. I made a daily plan and will concentrate more on doing exercise...mainly walking...at least 45mins every day 5days a week and stretching/strengthening exercises for another 15mins. I have seen in the past that when I m terribly depressed and don't want to get out of bed only exercising has helped to pick me up. Apart from that eat healthy, drink water and try to brush my teeth twice and take shower.

There are days still when I can't get out of bed....maybe I can only stay up for a couple of hours...then I use those couple of hrs to take shower, brush my teeth, eat and walk a bit indoors. Gradually after a few days this couple of hrs increases to 3hrs to 4hrs and so on. I tell myself there will be setbacks and I shouldn't beat myself up too much for it but try to take it easy. A friend told me to focus on self-love and accept myself as I am...thinking like this helps too.

Apart from this my anti-depressant has helped me a lot. I take prozac 20mg, but for me it took over 6weeks to take effect.

Hope this helps.
Hugs to you.

It is hard when nothing is good today. Being at rock bottom is soul destroying. Most of us can empathise with you here.

With time and some work, it will pass and there will be a happier day to look forward to.

For me grieving my past and current hurt, looking after my inner child and self love help.

Small steps.

Big hug MatBell
Best wishes

Hope you’re getting better too.
I was just at my therapist. We tried to structure my days more and make a plan. Sometimes I don’t know how she deals with me.
I just feel so unstable. One day I feel like I’m doing okay, the next I’m deeply suicidal.
