I’m so tired of feeling bad. Can’t take it much longer. Nothing changes. I don’t see any hope.

Yes today I am seeing one.
How do you go on when there is nothing good? How do all of you do it?

There are days still when I can't get out of bed....maybe I can only stay up for a couple of hours...then I use those couple of hrs to take shower, brush my teeth, eat and walk a bit indoors. Gradually after a few days this couple of hrs increases to 3hrs to 4hrs and so on. I tell myself there will be setbacks and I shouldn't beat myself up too much for it but try to take it easy. A friend told me to focus on self-love and accept myself as I am...thinking like this helps too. Apart from this my anti-depressant has helped me a lot.
