A few recent occurrences are ramming home to me something that I already knew, but am typically capable of nudging into the background of my thoughts - just how alone & isolating depression, anxiety & MI in general makes you as an individual. If you have a trustworthy support network, then that surely helps, but at the end of things, it's still you against the universe & your own thought processes.

And that's no minor skirmish at times...

Reaching out to anyone for support of any kind (or outing myself whether accidentally or intentionally) has invariably led to nothing but additional humiliation. I just keep it all to myself...

Could you be going through "separation anxiety"

On a more related note, regardless of what you know. You can't save the past. Our importance, life..

I let it out sometimes RAW , so I say, post away with what you're trying to find, relate and even cry together.

Personally, I scoured the internet for what interests me about staying here... on the land of the living...hey

There may be a degree of separation anxiety at play, but it's more a case of separation from a state where one feels in relative control of one's own destiny. My current frustrations arise from having a sense that to move forward, I am to various degrees dependent on people/systems outside of my influence to do things & that past/current experience has shown me that the only entity I can rely on is myself (and that's knowing my own raft of limitations).

What I need is a kind of PA to deal with all the stuff that my disorders tend to complicate. But, to do that job effectively would require the kind of understanding of the mental knots my mind gets itself into, that would be considered an application of cruel & unusual punishment to an innocent 3rd party.

tldr; It's just a tiring battle at times with an army of 1(on a good day) to work with...
