We are fixing to have a storm. I can hear the thunder outside. I love storms. I don't know why but I love bad weather. I am also tired of the August heat. I am more of a winter girl. I did so good overcoming depression for 3 years. Now I can feel it coming back on.
I have to get it together. My daughter is having a baby in November and I will be a grandma, first grandbaby. My son is getting married next June and there is a lot to do. I have to get it together for my family.

Actually I love storms too. I dislike the brightness, the heat & humidity of summer. And we've had a lot of hot weather this year where I live. The good thing, I guess, is that I don't go out often (except to walk the dog.) So it doesn't affect me all that much. But I can't wait for fall to arrive. It's my favorite time of year. Best wishes with regard to the upcoming events in your family. I hope you are able to find a pathway through this return of depression.

I think you're fortunate to have a family that you care about and want to get better for. That's one advantage you have over some other people. Keep your eye on the prize -- you want to be able to enjoy that grandbaby!
