I don't do anything, apart from sit on the sofa, eat junkfood and post on this website

and have flashbacks and panic attacks

still didn't stop someone from telling me my life was special yesterday

and when I said it wasn't she got all defensivwe

what's so special about being a coutch potato

I lay down in bed most of the day....sleep for over 15-16 hours each day....and it's getting worse every day. I have a horrible depression and panic attacks. But maybe things will change in the future for both of us .... we don't know about the future....so we can hope I guess.

Your life was special y'day. You went out to the fair. So what if couldn't take any fun rides or win sweets or teddies? You could at least go out of home. The day before you could also go out to stroke a neighbor's dog. Good going raging vortex.

I don't know what you define as "special", but I do know that you've been there for many on this site (me included). I don't know, I always thought it took a special person to bring light into darkness like that.

I'm not writing this to offend or flatter, I'm writing it because it's true and I just wanted to share it.

"couch potato" made me laugh I hope you don't take it the wrong way. Every life is "special" because is different and unique to that person only... I'm just sorry that you're not enjoying it very much. But I do believe you're a truly good and kind person, and that's more than enough to make you "special" in my book

I don't want to feed you ********. But from my very personal point of view, you're special because you're alive. Even those who are alive don't get the privilege to live forever, we all go in the ground one day. Don't hurry. Although I know how unfavorable life can be, I think it's best to keep living.

I agree with this. I think I’ve said similar before but I suck with words. And I don’t think anyone irl has called me special. Certainly not a stranger. It gets tiring being so ....

Sorry, bad day. I’ve screwed up today. And again it’s been “confirmed” how intrinsically wrong I am. But I’m bored of those voices that keep telling me that, sigh....
