I deserve all the crap I’ve ever been given and all the abuse  Why do I have to keep on breathing. ............

You are one of the reasons I've told other people about PsychCentral. My health plan psychiatry dept. Even a couple of high schools who had lost students dealing with severe depression. Caring people like you , even when distressed, helping others. (I'm at the point where can't go anywhere else but this site without ending up in hospital which has never helped. I'm really a weak person. Stopped going to weekly therapy group when started talking more about myself. Afraid I might say too much, etc. Wish I could help people on this site with my words. Too weak or lazy with all the thoughts in my head. Sorry, talking about me). You are a very important, caring person. Your caring has helped so many & will cont. to help others. Take care
