I feel bad that I can’t help or support everyone (that there are a few I don’t reply to, or can’t reply to But that makes me “inadequate” that I can’t help them...as it also makes the “professionals” irl “failures” if they don’t even try to help us JMO

You're just one bear, Fuzzy. Everyone is a lot of people and even then you help so many. I do understand the feeling though. I haven't been able to reply to very many threads lately and I feel like **** because of it. I feel selfish posting my own threads and receiving help but not being able to do the same for others. I can't help everyone and it kills me because that's all I want. You're so good Fuzzy and you do so much. Your kindness alone helps us here. You're one of the most treasured members of this community for a reason.

You're helping as many as you can and trying your best. That's more than enough, in my book

(Talking to myself...) What is the source or sources of this and similar feelings of universal obligation? It condemns us to fail - or feel we have failed - before we even start or try. In whose interest is it we have such feelings?

You support many with your worded and wordless posts, dear Fuzzybear. You have done so for long. But I realise my words cannot change your feelings. I think those feelings have strong, deep roots.

I’d also like to apologize to all the posters I don’t try to help, especially the suicidal ones. Partly, it’s because I’m afraid they will trigger me. I don’t feel guilty about it, though. I can’t help everybody, even if I tried. I’m no super hero. I can’t save the world. Selfishly, I am just focused on saving myself, tbh.

I always have questions.
I sometimes have observations.
I never have answers. And, in the rare case where I think I may have an answer, I have no confidence in it.

All the people who said they “loved” me and then cut me dead..not a word from them for years they don’t give a crap about me.

So why do I blame myself for breathing

Cruel, shallow, abusive, rejecting people, just like the PUS

(Not about anyone here)

Thank you Rohag for your thoughtful post

“Failure” yes.. In whose interest is it that we feel intrinsically a “failure”

And to blame for other peoples carelessness or cruelty
