Sometimes, mainly when I'm angry or stressed or feel hurt, I have certain thoughts about certain people that make me angry but immediately after, I realize how terrible they are and I feel horrible about it. Perhaps I deserve it I just feel so guilty for having those thoughts and make me wonder where do they come from.. I feel like I should be punished
Does anyone else ever feel like this?

I think that as long as you don’t act on those thoughts it’s ok.. we can’t always control our thoughts And sometimes some people or situations can trigger us, often for very complicated reasons (sometimes linked to early childhood- before conscious memory ).

No mind is completely clean of negative thoughts towards others. I know mine isn't. Like Fuzzy said, if you don't act on them then it's okay. You don't deserve punishment for something you don't have a lot of control over.

"Does anyone else ever feel like this?"
Yes.

I like the old saying: "You can't keep the birds from flying over your head, but you can prevent them from making nests in your hair."

I think almost everyone does have these sorts of thoughts. We try our best and we get rejected, and ****ed over.

Too many people SUCK. I don’t blame you or anyone here for being angry...

I too have these thoughts. I guess it's ok as long as we don't act on them.

Why would anyone should be judged about what they think? People kill each other for no reason, those people deserve to be punished. Not the people who are conscious about their thoughts.
