Forming strong connections with stable people, like therapists, “should” and would help all mental health issues. Imo.. it’s obvious to me. And I’m sure the “research” backs it up.

Stable people like therapists. Yes I thought I’d find kindness and some sanity there, not more PUS

This is just a rant. No feedback required

The nature of your therapists' "stability" turned out to not be conducive to therapeutic outcomes.
