I forgive them. I hope they understand and try to change. I hope they're doing good.
I done bad things too. I've been jealous and sad. It's not an excuse but it's my reasons. I'm sorry. |

Good on you, yogurtssss. It's such a big step you've taken - a positive step. And it's something I'm trying to work on myself, regarding some things. So, thanks for the inspo.

That is a big and important step. I try to forgive too, but I find it hard. I don't think anyone has hurt me out of hate. It was mainly just selfishness and being inconsiderate. But it's still hard.

I agree with the others, it’s not easy to forgive .. but especially if it wasn’t done out of hate, it’s a good thing to forgive. Sometimes people are “just” selfish and inconsiderate rather than malicious.

Mmmmmm, thank you Yogurtssss. You have me thinking....
I am not good at forgiving those who have caused so much pain. Mainly because I have chosen no contact and if I forgive, I worry, I will let them back in. Maybe I should try but hold true to never let them back, after history has proven it was a bad idea to let them back. |
