Hang in there Só leigheas, please. You're doing really well.
That sense of hopelessness, imo, is very much part of the mental state a lot of us have been lumbered with, and isn't really a reflection of the true wider reality. But of course, it's still difficult to live with. Keep searching and keep fighting, please. Things can always change. Keep persevering. Embrace nature and the animals. They tend to give me some peace. |

At some point, "hope" ceased to be useful to me regardless of my ability to feel hope as an emotion. Now I usually say l live "without reference to hope".

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
