Maybe it’s time to end the book.

My therapist said that listening to me was like watching paint dry

And he said “what can this woman do”

What a cruel idiot. He didn’t even get my species right

I wouldn’t usually expect to pay to be torn down and abused. I was very naive. And he knew that and used me as a cash cow. How could I ever trust another therapist

I was “too attached”

I had had anxiety for “too long”

And his solution was to break my heart.

Why the **** do people think they can treat anyone like that, let alone to someone who's been torn down enough.
