You just do what you feel up to doing we should all understand and be empathetic to people needing time out to take care of themselves!

I sometimes don’t reply straight away because I’m wanting to give thought to my reply. In fact that is my usual reason. If I’m not happy with someone or want no contact with them I usually would let them know (and this is rare, I’m a nice bear )
