I usually stay pretty busy. And I have friends and family I keep in touch with every day. But sometimes I get so lonely. I feel isolated. No one comes to visit. I don't leave my house. My sisters say they will visit if I walk with them. I have mobility issues and just can't do it. Seems unfair. Makes me feel like I'm not worthy of their time and attention. Oh well.

Maybe if I create a blog I might feel better. Or do more on Twitter. I don't know. I could join more forums and try to socialize more. It's so hard. I hate that lonely feeling.

I get lonely, too, for humans. I have my dog and birds but hardly any face to face human contact. I don't get any visitors except delivery people. Maybe I should pull one of them inside and make them visit me...lol..You are worthy of people's time and attention. I think your sisters should visit even if you don't walk with them.

I started a blog but then got discouraged because of a text from my sister. Her response to me triggered me and I felt unlovable and unwanted. That made me feel like everything I'm doing is pointless.

Yes, but it's not pointless Deilla. You just had the wind knocked out of you from the text message, that's all. Things like that happen to me a lot as well. But I think the idea of a blog and doing things on Twitter is a positive. No, it's not pointless - it can be a good way to cope through those difficult times. Sending out support!

Thanks! I worked on my blog this morning. Made 5 entries. It looks like a real blog now. I really enjoyed myself and I felt like I had an audience. I'll try to post every day or maybe when I'm feeling lonely, like right now. It's Friday night. It's quiet and I'm winding down from a busy day. Or maybe I just need to meditate tonight. I don't know. Thanks again.
