I'm getting so ****ing pissed off right now.

Angrier than I've been in a long ****ing time.

There's a burning in my chest and a pressure against it from the inside.

It's gotten so bad. I self-harmed to try and stop it. I walked to try and stop it. I've been trying every tool I know except actually blowing up. And ****, it's about to blow.

I'm ****ing done. I'm done caring. I'm done being understanding. And I'm ****ing done trying.

They can go **** themselves for all I care.

(Not about anyone on PC)

Yes, let those feelings out Só leigheas, I think it's better than carrying it all inside. And perhaps there's a person, or people, who need to hear a few things from you in that regard, as well. Is that correct?

Whatever the case, hang in there, endure that pain, and come back soon.

Good on you (((Só leigheas)))

There's really only one person who needs to hear it, but I held it in, again. Just like I always do. No matter how pissed off I get, I can't ever manage to let it out. I hold it, carry it until it turns into self-destruction, and then continue to internalize it. I don't deserve to let it out. Feeling this miserable... this is what I get.

Maybe if you can't talk to the person who's making you mad, you can try writing them a letter and not sending it.

How often do you get pissed? It sounds pretty positive to me.

Instead of trying to get rid of the feeling, what if you examine it with nonjudgmental curiosity? Perhaps look at it like a scientist would. Possibly sit with it, in all its difficulty. Possibly write down what lt is like, possibly think about what you can learn from it.

Omg. Yes I know. I find no matter what I try it is so hard to get rid of that horrendous feeling of anger inside. Just mad at the world ... no real reason at all. I get it.

Feel better.
