Lately I feel so unhappy, that I mess up everything that I try to do. I know it's irrational but it hits me and I just don't want to deal with it any longer. I tried to tell my H that I'm unhappy and his response was "Gee thanks." If I talk about SI I get told to shush up. I just don't have the energy to keep this up.

It's unfortunate that some people can be so dismissive of serious issues. Hopefully, nobody here will act as such. If you need to rant to someone, I'm here to listen.
