((((Everyone)))) I've just wanted to give an hug to all of those who are struggling. Remember that you're all stronger than you think you are, because you are dealing with a lot of stuff all at the same time. You're all strong warriors. Please, believe in yourself and don't give up... things can get better.

Cheers Mickey. I usually do feel stronger but my cancer surgeries have knocked me back a bit and being unable to exercise ( for maybe 6 weeks), AGAIN has affected my confidence. But i WILL get back to how i used to feel and then work on my depression and self esteem. The physio at the hospital ( who is great) is referring me to their post cancer complimentary therapy and counselling service which i feel i really need. HOPEFULLY THE CANCER WILL NEVER COME BACK.
THANK YOU for being so supportive on our little community here and i wish you and everyone on here all the best too. |
