Do you get a feeling something is missing ?

I feel fragile vulnerable and exposed .

Its so unsettling .

Im not comfortable being me .

Being alive is unpleasant

I don't know why, but when ever I'm asked that question, I compare life to a jigsaw puzzle- like all the peaces are meant to fit in to make your life complete

so for me, I have no family, no friends, no job, no goals/ things I wish to accomplish, barely any education and barely half the experiences someone half my age has had

when you look at it like that, yes.. I feel like quite a lot is missing from my life- not really built like a puzzle, just... broken parts thrown in the box because they don't work how they should.

Always.

It's such an uncomfortable feeling that happens when I open up, every time. Sometimes it's just there and I don't know why.

Keep talking my friend. I'm here.

Keep talking my friend. I'm here.
I went with my mum to the dentist today because she was scared . felt so depressed . i have to stay with my mum a few days to help her . I'd rather be at home where i feel safe .
The receptionist at the dentist spoke to me out of nowhere. She said i looked like i had an extremely hard and tiring day . maybe that's what my depression looks like to others. I was a bit annoyed . wished she had minded her own business. So i lied and said yeah i had a hard day , but it wasn't true.
Thanks for being here to listen. And thanks everyone who posted. You are truly great friends

It's amazing how some see our depression from the outside. I've gotten the "Man, you look tired." Ha, yeah tired of people saying that. Sorry.

You'll be home soon, just think of it like that. Just a couple days. You got this.
